GSE107788 Early-life exposure to genistein alters glucocorticoid signaling in the adult mouse uterus.

Female mice treated on post-natal day 1-5 with corn-oil control or 50 mg/kg genistein were evaluated as adults for the uterine response to 1 mg/kg nM dexamethasone (or saline vehicle). Adult mice were adrenalectomized and ovariectomized 2 weeks prior to dexamethasone (or vehicle) treatment.
