42 year old male with sudden onset altered sensorium and hypersomnolence. MRI shows This is right PCA with artery of percheron infarct. He was admitted 5 days back. His sensorium rather than drowsy is that of hypersomnolence. One of the classical presentations of artery of percheron. Bilateral thalamic and midbrain involvement is there.
